To provide consumers with free and instant access to the history and content of any cannabis product.
Unlike drugs approved by the FDA, cannabis products have not been subjected to FDA review as part of the drug approval process. As a result, consumers do not know if what they are purchasing is in fact what was advertised – or safe.
Consumers will purchase more confidently with a more convenient way to easily track and trace the movement of cannabis and cannabis products through the distribution chain.

We are actively working with the Bureau of Cannabis Control, licensed testing laboratories, and other licensees to integrate the various disparate data sources supporting the cannabis industry. How much data will be readily available to consumers by the end of the year? We are driven to drive as much transparency for cannabis consumers as possible.

drugTRUST is associated with an accounting firm that specializes in certifying systems for SaaS-based companies. Specifically, the CPA firm’s sole focus is to issue SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports on examinations of controls at these service organizations relevant to their system’s security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

Cannabis Product Disclosures. The Current State of Affairs
Consumers are forced to draw conclusions regarding cannabis safety from the attractiveness of retail displays rather than from facts. While the States have prescribed legislation relating to cultivation, processing, transportation, sale, and consumption, we do not have a transparent system of information dissemination.
